I have seen the importance of a client having their own team of care providers.  This allows for less confusion and fear for the client and also allows for a trusting relationship to develop  between the client and care provider.  It also enables the team to cover for one another due to illness, etc.

Patty takes a very personal and caring interest in each of her clients.  She spends time with each client every week keeping her relationship constant and comforting.

She hires experienced care providers; but is very careful to hire only people who share her commitment to the welfare and happiness of each client.
